The discussion and project reference databases, as well as the calendar and email functions, use IBM's Lotus Development subsidiary top notch collaboration and Internet tool, Domino. Domino offers the added benefit of user-restricted security combined with the powerful functionality of Notes technology. The standard HTML pages on Webservices reside on a Microsoft Internet Information Services server, which enables the benefits like HTML-based graphic navigation. Webservices projects are created using a combination of Lotus Domino and Microsoft FrontPage, and are structured to provide seamless integration between the two technologies.
