Regional Freight Plan Project

In recognition of the high level of attention which freight issues are receiving as a means to pursue regional goals and objectives related to freight transportation, the NYMTC created a Freight Transportation Working Group (FTWG), comprised of participants from across the three-state region, as one of several official advisory groups reporting to the Council’s Program, Finance, and Administration Committee (PFAC). On March 4, 1999, PFAC
accepted FTWG’s recommendation to develop a Regional Freight Plan. The Plan is part of a larger Year One Action Plan which FTWG has endorsed.

This project was created using MS FrontPage 2000 and employs a Registration form for gathering data. A Domino Lotus Notes discussion forum may be added in the near future.  This project is hosted on the Webservices server at Cambridge Systematics.
